The Association of Equipment Manufacturer’s Brittany Weltcheff Recognized by TSNN as a 2022 Outstanding Show Pro
MILWAUKEE (9/26/2022) - The Association of Equipment Manufacturer’s (AEM) Show & Project Manager Brittany Weltcheff has been recognized by TSNN (Trade Show News Network) as an Outstanding Show Pro for 2022.
The TSNN Awards have been celebrating excellence and innovation among the trade show community for 12 years and introduced the Outstanding Show Pro award in 2021 to honor the people behind the scenes. Along with Brittany, nine other Outstanding Show Pros will be honored this year.
Brittany was selected through her role as show manager of World of Asphalt, the leading trade show and conference focused on the asphalt and paving industry. Approximately 11,400 asphalt and aggregates professionals came together in Nashville in early 2022 to learn and experience everything that is new and important in the asphalt and paving industries. In addition, more than 440 companies highlighted their products and services at the event, spreading across more than 193,000 net square feet of show floor space and selling out the Music City Center.
“Brittany displayed outstanding leadership as she developed and implemented plans designed to meet the new and rapidly changing needs of exhibitors and attendees involved in a post-pandemic event,” said Nicole Hallada, senior vice president of exhibitions and marketing at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers. “She played a crucial role in the record-breaking success that was World of Asphalt 2022. She led a Health and Safety team that monitored COVID-19, implemented CDC best practices, and followed venue guidelines to keep show participants safe. Congratulations to her for this well-deserved recognition.”
Brittany also led the planning of World of Asphalt’s People, Plants and Paving Digital Conference in 2021. That initiative required innovative and creative thinking and a concerted effort to provide education sessions that met the informational needs, wants and preferences of attendees participating in a virtual setting.
