NOMINATE AN EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY LEADER TO THE AEM HALL OF FAME

Do you know an industry leader who has made meaningful advancements in the off-road equipment industry?

AEM-Hall-of-FameNominate them to the AEM Hall of Fame.

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is currently accepting nominations for the 2018 AEM Hall of Fame. The Hall recognizes and celebrates industry leaders, innovators and pioneers who have contributed to the growth and overall quality of the off-road equipment industry.

Nominations deadline is June 7 (nominations received after that time are considered for next year’s Hall of Fame).

Details and the online nomination form are at www.aem.org/HallofFame. The form is easy to fill out, with guidelines to assist the nominator.

Anyone (living or deceased) who has made noteworthy and specific contributions to the manufacturing, distribution, rental or end-user sectors of the off-road equipment industry is eligible for induction.

Candidates are evaluated by an independent panel of judges on five criteria essential to the continued strength of the off-road equipment industry:

  • Innovation

  • Industry contributions

  • Leadership

  • Corporate citizenship/social responsibility

  • Sustainability

Inductees are announced and honored at AEM’s Annual Conference of Member Companies.

By highlighting the industry’s legacy of progress, the AEM Hall of Fame seeks to promote greater public understanding and appreciation of the importance of the off-road equipment industry to global economic and social prosperity.

More than 55 industry leaders have been inducted into the AEM Hall of Fame since its inception in 1993.

The AEM Hall of Fame is an outgrowth of the not-for-profit industry-wide Construction Equipment Hall of Fame initiated by Construction Equipment magazine, with ceremonies from 1993 through 1999. AEM served on its Board of Directors. The Hall lapsed in early 2000s and AEM took over ownership and operation in 2008 creating the AEM Hall of Fame.
