Through her work with AEM, Julie Davis has a unique perspective on the industry sectors AEM serves and their workforce challenges. She works with members to provide new perspectives, share best practices, and has developed and launched a robust digital Workforce Solutions Toolkit. Julie is passionate about the future of workforce development in our nation and committed to being an active force to advocate towards strengthening organizations through new and innovative workforce strategies. 

Prior to joining AEM, Julie spent 12 years serving her community in roles that included corporate training consulting in manufacturing followed by leading a not-for-profit organization where she worked to connect opportunity youth with area manufacturers.
