Director of Ag & Utility Exhibitions and Events John Rozum joined the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) in 2013 as an Attendee Acquisition Manager, rising to his current position in 2017. Prior to joining AEM, Rozum worked with other ag and equipment-related events including World Dairy Expo, Dane County (WI) Fair, and Green Drive Expo/Hybridfest.

As Director of Ag & Utility Exhibitions and Events, Rozum serves as Show Director for the International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE), co-located with CONEXPO-CON/AGG, and The Utility Expo (formerly ICUEE).

Rozum also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA), and a member of the Major American Trade Show Organizers (MATSO) Council and Advocacy Committee of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), as well as a sales contest judge for the Wisconsin Future Farmers of America (FFA) Association.

Rozum holds a Bachelor’s in Ag Journalism and Poultry Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certificate in Neuroscience of Exhibitions and Events from Madison College.
