AEM Applauds House Passage of Year-Round E15 Legislation

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Senior Vice President of Government and Industry Relations Kip Eideberg issued the following statement on the U.S. House of Representatives’ passage of H.R. 1346, the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act:

“The House’s passage of year‑round E15 is a long‑overdue win for farmers, rural communities, and every consumer who values affordable, homegrown energy. Year‑round E15 provides exactly what farmers have been asking for: a stable, reliable market for their crops at a time of real economic strain. This commonsense legislation strengthens rural economies, supports American manufacturing, and increases access to lower‑cost fuel at the pump. Now, it is time for the Senate to follow suit and send the bill to the President’s desk without delay.”
